Seven comfortable holiday flats are at your disposal. Our holiday flats were tested in June 2009 according to the guidelines of the German Tourism Association and were classified with three stars. Furthermore our holiday farm has been evaluated with “holiday flats, recommended by the guest”.

All flats are equipped with TV and radio. The bathrooms have shower, lavatory, wash-bowl and hair dryer. The kitchens are completely fitted with dishes. Electric cooker, baking oven (in holiday flat no. 1 and 3 only a small one), fridge, coffee machine, water boiler and toaster are to find in every flat. A parking space for guests is located directly on the house.

On request, high chair, crib and bath tub for babies are available.

From 14 overnight stays the final cleaning is included

Bedclothes, costs for electricity, water, heating, and the legal VAT are included

Towels and dishtowels are to bring

Check-in time: 14 – 20 o’clock – check-out: until 10 o’clock

Short break is possible only in low-season or as last-minute

Considering the other guest pets are not allowed

On failure to commence holidays, on late arrival resp. on early departure,
calculation of 80 p.c. of loss of rent will be made

Travel cancellation insurance is recommended
